InnovateARM Drone Services exists to make the most accurate, most useful aerial data achievable — delivered reliably, safely, and in formats that integrate directly into the workflows of the engineers, operators, and responders who depend on it.
We operate under FAA Part 107, which means every flight is planned, authorised, and executed by certificated remote pilots who understand airspace, risk management, and the standards that commercial and government clients require.

InnovateARM Drone Services is led by two founders whose combined backgrounds span aerospace engineering, aircraft manufacturing, and novel UAS operational methods.
Guy Rotheram
Co-Founder — InnovateARM Incorporated
LinkedInGuy Rotheram is a technologist with a lifelong background in aviation, as well as significant professional experience in aerospace engineering and aircraft manufacturing, having brought prototypes through manufacturing development into production.
His aerospace manufacturing background informs IADS's rigorous approach to operational standards, equipment reliability, and the data-quality expectations that distinguish professional drone services from hobbyist operations.
Damien Dawson
Co-Founder — InnovateARM Incorporated
LinkedInDamien Dawson is a resourceful visionary, adept at overcoming practical challenges, who developed and published the foundational methods of novel drone usage in urban and contested environments.
His published work on drone operations in complex environments underpins the IADS Emergency Training curriculum — bringing real-world operational methodology to first-responder and defence clients who need techniques that work under pressure, not just in ideal conditions.
